How we work
Week 1
We go through the existing account, fix tracking, and write down the cost per lead we think is reachable. If we don't believe the number, we say so before you pay.
Week 2
Several angles, several audiences, small budgets. The point is to find the losers fast — most campaigns on this account started as one of five that didn't survive.
Week 3
Budget moves to what is converting. Frequency gets watched so the winners don't wear out — we hold most campaigns between 1.0 and 2.2.
Week 4
Daily budgets go up while cost per lead holds. You get the same Ads Manager view we use, so reporting is just the account.
Questions
Straight answers, with our real numbers attached.
Pixel Media charges ₹15,000 as a one-time setup fee and ₹18,000 per month as the management retainer. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta, so nothing is marked up. Most Indian agencies either charge a percentage of ad spend (typically 10–20%) or a flat retainer between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000 a month depending on account size.
It depends heavily on the industry, but on Pixel Media's own account the range across 78 campaigns has been ₹19.59 to ₹109.70 per lead, with most lead campaigns settling between ₹25 and ₹60. Low-ticket consumer offers can go under ₹20; B2B, finance and education leads usually sit higher. Anyone quoting you a single number without knowing your offer is guessing.
Around ₹25,000–₹30,000 a month is the practical floor. Below that you cannot test enough creative angles and audiences to find what works, so the account never leaves the learning phase. The first month is mostly testing; the reliable cost per lead usually shows up in week three or four.
First leads typically arrive within 2 to 5 days of the campaign going live. A cost per lead you can actually plan a budget against takes about four weeks — one week to audit and instrument, one to test wide, one to cut losers and concentrate budget, one to scale while watching that the cost holds.
Instant forms are cheaper per lead because nobody leaves Facebook, but the leads are colder and phone numbers are often unverified. A landing page costs more per lead and converts better down the funnel. For most businesses the answer is to run both, compare cost per qualified lead rather than cost per lead, and put budget where the sales team says the leads are real.
You do. Campaigns run inside your own Meta Business Manager and ad account, with Pixel Media added as a partner. Leads flow to your CRM. If you stop working with us, you keep the account, the pixel history, the creative and every lead — nothing is held hostage.
We'll come back with the cost per lead we think this account can hold, and what it would take to get there. Free, and useful even if you don't hire us.
